The lockdown gave me the time to actually sit and get the ball rolling with Sonder Co... I wanted the brand to be relatable to everyone, so it feels amazing seeing people wearing items that I’ve designed. I keep things fresh by doing small releases, as this allows me time to see what the market is doing and see where I can take my next design.
My biggest fans are my friends and family... They support me 100% in every aspect of my designs. I know I can count on them, no matter what. (Scroll for more).
I enjoy collaborating with different companies... It's always cool to see the different styles in each piece of artwork. I’m currently working on a hoodie with a local London artist, to be released in the new year, which is very exciting.
My dream collaboration would be to work with the Reebok team… Designing all the clothing and merchandise for the annual CrossFit Games.
This year, I have learnt to trust the process and that everything happens for a reason... Everyone goes through tough times and you feel like the world is against you but continue to push through and things will work out for the best. I was told I was set to be made redundant a few months ago, but I picked myself up and managed quickly to secure a new job as a graphic designer in Nottingham before that happened, which I’m really proud of.
My limited-edition notebook design for Ootrey is simplistic yet free... I feel it’s perfect for anyone. I wanted the notebook to be very experimental and more of a free-flowing, wrap-effect design."
